There are many ways to contact eToro customer support but if you are using the eToro platform or the mobile apps, simply follow these steps:

Customer Service Center
The eToro Customer Service page is a one-stop-shop feature where the customer service of eToro can track the progress of your open tickets concern. The Customer Service Center also keeps all the records of your closed concerns.
This is a simple interface where you can stipulate your concern or issue through a few drop-down menus: “Type of Query” and “I would like help with” until you pinpoint the specific issue you want to resolve.

eToro Live Chat
The Live Chat feature of eToro's Customer Service is currently available only to eToro Club members because this function is part of eToro's Club membership benefits.

Rating the Live Chat
Every time a live chat session has ended, you will be asked to rate it as either good or bad. In order for them to maintain the quality of their support, it would be best to be honest with your customer service experience rating.

A Copy of the Live Chat Transcript
You will receive a copy of the entire conversation that you had with the live chat support via email. This will contain the whole transcript so you can review any important information that you may have missed or wanted to recall in case you have already closed session.

Availability
eToro’s customer service can be reached 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Weekend support is not available.
What to Do When There Is No Phone Access?
Users are encouraged to contact eToro support via the Help Center instead of by mobile or landline phone. To access and create a “Ticket” that will serve as a record of your concern, please head to this URL: https://www.etoro.com/customer-service

Opening Tickets
To open a new ticket for your customer service and technical support needs, just follow these steps:
For users of the app:
- Click “Help” on the menu under your profile.
- Select “Help Center”.
This will take you to this page (same page accessible when using a browser): https://www.etoro.com/customer-service - Click “Open a Ticket”.
- Fill in the details for the drop-down menu under “Type of Query” and “I Would Like Help With”.
- Follow and fill in the additional questionnaires.
- Upload a file to support or state clearly your concern. Remember that file size limit is 15MB and file formats accepted are in gif, webp, pdf, png, doc, txt, jpeg and docx.
- After you're done, simply click “Send Message”.

In cases of high volume of customer service queries and requests, the technical support response may take a while from a few days to until 14 days before you receive a response.
